I’ve been a passionate and gifted writer almost from the time I could hold a pencil. In high school, I won numerous awards for journalistic writing and earned a perfect score on both of my AP English exams. 

I pursued a teaching certification and began teaching writing at the high school level. The students in my classes scored significantly higher than their peers on our state's standardized tests. I have tutored numerous students in AP writing, SAT and ACT prep and college-essay writing. 

I also spent 6 years teaching business classes including entrepreneurship, career development, marketing and personal finance and coaching DECA where my students advanced to state each year.
