With years of teaching experience in the United States, Egypt, Finland, and China, I have become an expert at commanding student attention and managing both large and small classrooms. I believe these skills, combined with my ability to foster constructive learning environments, make me an ideal tutor for your student. I have a Bachelor’s in General Elementary and Special Education and a Master’s in Educational Psychology. 

Some highlights from my past teaching experiences include:

● 97.4% of students reached their growth in reading on the Measure of Academic Progress assessment for third grade ESL students

● Tutored over 308 Chinese students while completing timely and effective feedback for each student

● Supervisor to an academic club (BETA Club) of 4th-5th graders

● Collaborated with teachers to help IEP students reach their projected growth

● Top class for reading growth points on Reading Counts in the primary school.
